A Horse is a Passive Mob that was added in Update 0.15.0. They are tame-able Mobs that naturally spawn in Plains and Savannah biomes.

TYPES
There are 5 types of Horses in Minecraft Pocket Edition.

Normal Horses can be tamed and ridden, and can be equipped with Horse Armor by tapping Open after the horse is tamed.

Donkeys can be tamed and ridden, but cannot be equipped with Horse Armor. They can be given an Inventory by equipping them with Chests.

Mules can be tamed and ridden, but only spawn when a Horse is bred with a Donkey. They behave similarly to Donkeys. They can also be equipped with a chest.

Skeleton Horses cannot normally be tamed and ridden. They can be put in to love mode but they will not breed. They can only be tamed and ridden if they are part of a Skeleton Trap.

Zombie Horses cannot be tamed or ridden at all.

TAMING
To tame a Horse, the Player must tap on the Horse with an empty hand, or press the Ride button. The Player will then mount the horse, while the Horse will "buck" to throw off the Player. Once the Horse stops bucking and hearts appear, the Horse will be tamed. Feeding a Horse increases the chances of it being tamed faster.

RIDING
Once tamed, the Horse must be saddled. Then, the Player will be able to control and ride the Horse wherever and/or whenever they may want to. When killed, Horses will not drop the Saddle.

If riding through deep Water, the Player will automatically dismount. The Horse can be lured over the water using Food, or it can be lead using a Lead. The Player must try not to break the lead by swimming too fast for the Horse.

The Player can dismount the Horse by crouching/sneaking.

HORSE ARMOR

Horses can be made to wear Horse Armor, which gives them armor points like the Player. Horse Armor can be found in Chests in Generated Structures like Villages, Dungeons, near Monster Spawner, etc. Leather Horse Armor is also craft-able using Leather.

Horse Armor

There are 4 types of horse armor:

Leather Horse Armor (Version Exclusive)

Iron Horse Armor

Gold Horse Armor

Diamond Horse Armor

SKELETON TRAPS
Skeleton Horses can spawn as traps which turn into a group of Skeleton Horse Jockeys when struck by Lightning. The trap only activates once the Player gets close enough to the Skeleton Horse. The Skeleton riders also have a Projectile Protection I-III Helmet which they drop when killed. The Skeleton Horse will be tamed once the rider is killed, allowing the Player to ride it, therefore making it the only way to ride a Skeleton Horse.

TRIVIA

Gold Horse Armor is stronger than Iron Horse Armor, unlike regular Armor.

Baby Skeleton and Zombie horses do exist, but must be spawned with a spawn egg.

Horses have the most animations of any mob, with a total of six: rearing, dying, grazing, walking, neighing/eating, and swishing the tail.

Horses are the only mobs that have other growth stages besides baby and adult.

Baby Horses, Mules, and Donkeys can have their growth accelerated with Hay Bales and Apples until they are mature enough to be ridden.

Horses can jump higher than the Player, and can even jump over Fences.

Mules spawn only when a Horse is Bred with a Donkey.

Saddles, which were added to MCPE in Update 0.9.0, must be used to control a Horse.

Horses regain Health when fed Wheat, Apples, Hay Bales, etc.

Adult Horses are 1.4 blocks in width and length, which means that they cannot fit through single Fence Gates or Doors.

Through inventory editors or third party applications, it is possible to Enchant Horse Armor. The enchantments will actually work when equipped on a Horse.

Creepers spawn in light levels of 7 or below. they pose a significant threat to unsuspecting new players due tp their dangerous ability to explode, they can be hard to see in large grassy biomes due to their green color.

ceeper by far is the most dreaded and hated monster in minecraft, its because the creepers has caused more destruction and anger than any other mob in minecrafft. Creepers are unique in the way they attack. the creepers will get close to you and explodes.
Drops
upon the death. a creeper will drop 0-2 lumps of gunpowder, but only when they're killed by something other than themselves. it will also drop 5 experience point worth in orbs. if creeper is killed by a skeleton. music disc will drops . the skeletons only needs to get the finishing blow, any damage done before that can be done by the player or other sources.
Offense
creepers follow the player within 16 blocks, it' s best to use bow when fighting creepers, however a strong world like an iron or diamond sword can also be used which will kill one in three hits. Another possible method is to ignite the creeper with flint and stell and run away, but this way can damage the terrain and cannot drops its loot

wolves can be killed easily by the explosion so wolves are not recommended to fight creepers.

charged creepers
charged creepers only spawn when lighting strikes withn a 5 block radius from a creeper, howeverm this is very rare, they have a much larger explosion, and do much more damage to the player and terrain.

when they explode near a zombie, skeleton, wither skeleton or Creeper, this will cause the mob to drop its head.

Defending creeps.
defending yourself and your base against creepers is fairly easy. the firs rule is to make sure your base is well lit, no darkness means no spawning creepers. placing torches around the perimeter of your village or house will prevent them from spawning directly outside of your village which often means they will simply wander in. dueto the creeper's fear of cats. placing e few of them in the critical spots will greatly reduces the risk of any potential damage.
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8840918728312478291.post-42040453062319109302016-06-14T03:12:00.003-07:002016-06-14T03:12:48.974-07:00Everything You Need To Know About ZOMBIES In Minecraft!

Ocelots are passive mobs that is spawn in the Jungles and can be tamed by feeding them Fish. they are one of the three mobs that can be tame, the other two are wolves and horses.Ocelots spawn only in the Jungle Biomes, but they can wander out of them which allows the player to then find them outside their territory.

Ocelot can be tamed by attracting it to the player, unlike wolves the player must wait for the ocelot to approach them. if the player moves to quickly toward ocelot, it will sprint away, so it's best to sneak when approaching an Ocelot. In pocket edition an ocelot can be tamed by attracting it with an uncooked fish of raw salmon and raw fish.

to tame the ocelots you must meet these following conditions :

Ocelot must be in "begging food mode", ocelots will looking at the players and slowly wakling near to the player.

Entering 'begging' mode requires that the player is within 10 blocks (euclidean distance)

if the player is within 6 blocks when the ocelots starts begging, it is likely to decide the player turned too quickly and stop begging on the next game tick.

if the ocelots exits " begging mode " it won't enter it again for about 15 seconds.

the ocelot must be within 3 blocks of the player

when all of the above are met, there is still a 2/3 chance the ocelot will take the fish without becoming tame. it's possible to tell the difference between the 2/3 failure chance and not meeting other conditions by whether the ocelot emits smoke particles when feed and bu wether it can be fed again immediately.

When tamed, ocelod will change one of three breeds of cat.

Creepers will run away from both Ocelots and Cats, even if provoked by the player, making cats a great defense against a Creeper, although a Creeper can still blow up on players and nearby Ocelots within the range of that explosion.

Ocelots is one of the mobs that can sprint and don't take damage. sometimes it can attack chickens and when not made to sit tamed cats will purposely try to sit on Chests, Beds, Furnaces, etc. so that the player cannot use them.

Cats will teleport to the player if they are more than 12 blocks from the player, with a few exceptions.

a cat will not teleport if:

the cat has been ordered to sit except if it is injured while sitting

the cat is in a minecart

the cat has been attached to a fence post with a lead

the cat is an uloaded chunk

if none of the blocks on the edge 5 x 5 x 1 region centerd on the player are transparent blocks with an opaque block below and another transparent block above

Skeleton can be found throughout Minecraft. They are a Hostile Mob creature which using a Bow as a weapon. Skeleton attack the player by shooting arrows from the distance which can dealt up to four damage, though you can reduce this by wearing an armor.Skeleton like zombies, it burns and take damage upon entering sunlight, and it will Shoot fire arrows when it gets burn.

The best strategy to fight a Skeleton is to use a bow and shoot from a distance as it is very hard to attack skeletons using a Sword. how ever if you're experienced enough in using sword like iron or diamond, melee can be considered as an option.if there is another creature that stand between player and skeletons there will be likely the creature that will take the damage from the skeletons attacks.

Skeleton do not burn in sunlight if they are in Water, in shade or if they are wearing a helmet. however if their helmet will eventually lose durability making the skeleton burn after several minutes.

Skeletons can hit Enderman with their arrows, even though player cannot hit them. and since update 0.12.1, Skeletons have improved in AI making them have a greater accuracy which increase with the difficulty.

unlike zombies Skeletons will not leave shade to attack the player. Since update 0.13.1, Wolves can chase down and kill skeletons.

Obsidian has a color of black and dark purple block. it has a high blast resistance of 6000 which also means that the creepers and TNT will not effect this stone when mining obsidian with a Pickaxe other than Diamond, it takes longer to break and it doesn't let the player obtain it

An obsidian block takes about 7-8 seconds to mine with a Diamond Pickaxe but before update 0.13.0 it just take 6.5 seconds to break

Due to the fact that lava is not renewable, obsidian is also not renewable.

TNT is an explosive block that can destroy Blocks within Small radius when primed.to activating a TNT you can use.

Flint and steel

Shooting it with a flame enchanted bow or an arrow that is passing through lava

Using redstone as a power source

Lava or fire nearby

Using a fire Charge in update 0.15.0

Dispensing TNT out of a Dispenser

You can use TNT to:

Clearing a large area of land

As a way to kill mobs

for resource finding purposes

to set up a trap

as both the propellant and ammunition fo a TNT Cannon

Notes :

TNT explosions are larger than a Creeper's.

In Creative, TNT was only ignitable using lava before Update 0.8.0.

Endermen can pick up TNT, but if it's primed, they will immediately drop it.

- This is because primed TNT is not counted as a block, but as an entity, thus it is 'dropped'.
- If the Enderman drops TNT, it will explode immediately.

TNT can be lit underwater; however, blocks cannot be destroyed by TNT underwater.

- It will still damage surrounding entities and players.

TNT obeys gravity when ignited.

- It will move slightly when ignited as well.

TNT is affected by flowing water when ignited, but not by flowing lava.

Blowing up TNT next to other TNT will immediately toss the nearby TNT into the air and prime it to explode in a briefer time limit than normal TNT time.

During an early version of the game, blowing up TNT while it was next to another TNT block would crash your game, and create a crater. This was fixed the update after that.

Dirt is a commonly available blocks as it spawns in every biome (except Desert an Mesa Biomes). it can be mined by using Shovel or hand. it was one of the first blocks added to the game. it can also found underground.

dirt is mostly used for Farming by converting it into Farmland using a Hoe. The player can also use it to make a grass path, by letting it become a Grass Block and tapping it with a Shovel. However, it can also be used as an abundant building block, or for safely elevating oneself ( by jumping and quickly placing the block underneath) as it is easily broken and collected when the player chooses to drop back down to surface level.

Dirt is mostly used as an emergency block when the player get lost at night time, the player can make a makeshift shelter around themselves. there is also alot of blocks in Minecraft Pocket Edition that are based around dirt, including Grass Paths, Mycelium, Podzol and Farmland.

Preparation For First night

First Minute

0-.15 minutes

Your first task, once you spawn, is to Look around you for these things:

Trees (For Wood)
Possible shelter locations
Mobs (Pig, Cow, Sheep, Chicken)
Exposed ores (Coal, Iron, etc.)

15-1:00 minutes

Find a tree. It may take you seconds to do this or you may have to wander around, but wood is essential for the beginner to survive. Begin to chop it down. You may use your fist to do this. Repeat this step until you have at least 6 blocks of wood. (It can take more than one tree to do this)

Second Minutes

1-1:15 minutes

Now, go into your inventory by tapping the inventory button that looks like three dots (...) and tap on the bookshelf at the bottom-left. Find wood planks and craft it 5 times. You should have 1 wood and 20 wood planks by now.

1:15-1:30 minutes

While you're still in inventory, make a crafting table.

1:30-2:00 minutes

Place down the crafting table somewhere near you. Tap it to pull up its interface. Make a wooden pickaxe.

Thirth Minutes

2:00-2:45

Dig down beneath you a couple blocks to find stone. Dig down for three with your pickaxe in a staircase manner, so you can get out. Return to your crafting tablE and Craft a stone pickaxe.

2:45-3:00

Go back to the mine you started. Dig out 16 more stone.

fourth Minutes

3:00-3:15

Craft several things now. A furnace, stone axe, shovel, sword and hoe.

3:15-4:00

Collect resources to build your shelter. At this point in the game, it could be wood, cobblestone or dirt, or you can just find a some where at the mountain and dig it with a pickaxe after you build enough room inside your little cave you must craft a door with your plank to frevent you house from zombies

Fifth minutes

4:00-4:30

Place down your furnace. Tap on it to open up its interface. The furnace will allow you to smelt items. The bottom slot is the fuel, the top is what you will smelt. Put your wood planks in the bottom slot and put 2 logs in the top one. That will now cook. Exit out of your furnace.

4:15-4:45

Build your shelter. It could be a small hole in the ground or a tiny house with four walls and a roof. You can use your starter mine as a beginning house also. If you have collected enough wood, you can create a door (which uses up 6 wood planks), but only if you have created an aboveground house. To keep the monsters out of your underground house, make sure you have placed some torches, and then close the gap with dirt or cobblestone.

4:45-5:00

As the sun sets, take out the charcoal from the furnace, in the slot to the right. Click on your crafting table and make torches. Tap on blocks to place them and give yourself light. Place some in your house to keep you safe from monsters. Don't forget to create a bed so that you can sleep through the night. You will need three wool and three wood planks.
Conclusion

Those are the basics of Pocket Edition's first night survival. Check the links to other http://minecraftpeguide.blogspot.com pages, if you have any questions.

Survival Tips

The main priority for your first day is to find shelter from the monsters of the night, not getting iron or diamonds.

The Cave

Get out your wooden pickaxe. Try not to make more than one or two wooden pickaxes. Once you have a stone pickaxe, chances are you're going to want to throw out your wooden pickaxes, and that's a waste of wood.

Find a good place to make a cave. Start with a one block wide, two block high opening. Make a small hallway, maybe about 7-9 blocks in. If you find gravel, put away the pick, and get out what you started with: your fists.

Carve out all the gravel. Now, if you carve out the gravel, you should have a good sized room. Now, get out that chest and crafting table (if your crafting table isn't with you, I would get that) and put them in a good spot.

If your cave is by your spawn, then your job just got easier. If not, get that gravel you found, and make a trail of two high pillars from your cave to the spawn. Now, when night comes, make a door, and seal the cave. You can also mine in your cave till day. If you do mine, try to find coal. If you do, make torches (those sticks are going to come in handy) and light up your home.

Non-Fireproof House

This is a fairly good style house. Unless you're around lava, which is not very likely, your house won't start on fire, unless you get a little idiotic and light your house on fire with flint and steel. If you followed the instructions correctly, then you should have around a stack of planks left. First, make a line where you want the house borders to be. Now, stack on top of that border. By now, you should not have many planks left. Cut down some more trees, for maybe a half a stack or more.

Now, put down your chest and crafting table wherever you want. Now, for the third layer, stand on top of the chest or crafting table. Start in a corner. Now you can get down and finish the third border. Now, the easy part. Make a roof. When you're done, you should have little to no planks left. Make a door.

If you need to, cut down a few more trees for the six planks. Put on the door, and walk inside. put your items that you don't need in the chest. You can either take a sword and try to kill some mobs, or just stay in your house. Don't forget to light up your house!

A Great Guide to starting a civilization(s) in Survival (PE)

Ok, so you're in Survival Mode, and you're thinking about starting a civilization or many. Well, then take this advice word-to-word. This is from my own experience and will help you get through the first week or two.

We all know the basic guidelines for easily starting off. Get some wood from trees, make planks with it, and with the planks make a crafting table, supplies, sticks, etc. Well, starting off, I had it on Peaceful Mode (the difficulty bar being on the left end ) because no one wants to just be chopping down wood and having to worry about being attacked by hostile mobs without proper defense.

Therefore, I was able to cut down countless trees in my area for a few days & nights in a row. With enough wood, I built myself a nice, large, cozy house on the side of a mountain. That is always a great start, and by the time you're finished with your house, that's a good time to turn on difficulty to any level (if you want). Next, I was ready to mine. Near my house, I set up a mining area and started. Just some helpful hints about finding each ore:

Coal is the most common ore

Iron is found mostly in the bedrock - layer 40 or 50 area

Redstone is almost too common and is always found near bedrock

Lapis is actually the only ore that can't be found right at bedrock & is mostly found a little above it

Gold is found mostly in the bedrock - layer 40 area

Diamond is very rare and is always found near bedrock

Emeralds is very, very rare, only found in Extreme Hills

I was lucky and found tons (even diamond & gold) of each ore after many long mining shifts. So I had a house, tons of supplies, tons of valuables and stuff from ores, and more. At that point, it's good to start your town (civilization) at least a little. I say to build anything you want in your town next. After all, Minecraft is made for you to do anything you want. But if you want to know the next building I made for my town, I made a Water shed after collecting some water from a nearby ocean and making a 4 block (infinite) water supply inside the shed. If you want some tips about building buildings in your town/civilization, here's some:

Use contrast with your blocks (if you have enough different types). Don't use the same type of building block for every building

Make lots of buildings to expand your civilization

If you play with friends a lot make sure they have some houses or buildings of their own in your civilization.

If you have other civilizations on other parts of the world, or even just one building, landmark, or somewhere you go a bunch, make a railway station in your town (and remember only follow this stuff if you can do it and have the supplies and blocks to) and make a railine(s) to that area(s)

Decorate some. For example, I made a cool, fancy structure in the center of my town out of iron blocks

Well that's about all, and I've got several buildings in my town currently. Remember to follow this advice if you have Minecraft Pocket Edition and you want to build a town or civilization on Survival Mode. Good luck, and may the pickaxe be with you!
Performance

The Pocket Edition drains battery power quickly so for maximum performance, charge your device.

Tips

If you stand in the middle of a block, look to a side of the block where you can't select anything else, and place a block in front of the one you stand on, it gets placed.

Water is still infinite, as long as you use the 2 by 2 method.

You can put torches on glass and other blocks by putting fences two blocks away from the glass and trying to put torches on the fence, which will cause the torch to attach to the glass.

Bedrock is mineable in creative.

If your inventory is full, you can still craft items, but it will be dropped on the ground.

If you're using a device with a bigger screen, it is recommended to turn on split touch controls.

Bricks are still infinite in Minecraft Pocket Edition Lite, as it uses Update 0.2.1.

Bricks are one of the hardest building materials to obtain in Survival due to a lack of Clay in Old Worlds (pre-0.9.0).
