Bows
Bow is a weapon that can shoot Arrows from distance, it released ini Update 0.3.3. it is a good weapons for fighting mobs from a distance.

Usage
To use a Bow. Player must tap and hold the screen while having at least one arrow in their inventory. The Bow will begin to load, and will appear to aid in targeting.
Damage
Hold The bow at the maximum level will cause the highest damage, whereas holding at lesser levels will cause the arrow to travel with less velocity and consequently inflict less damage upon the target.
Ammo
Firing an arrow will consume 1 arrow from the inventory. if it doesn't hit an entity it can be picked by going close to it. it is possible to fire unlimited arrows from a bow by Enchanting with the infinity 1 enchantment book, but you will still need 1 arrow in inventory for the bow to fire.
Trivia
- Enchanted Bows became available in Update 0.12.1, due to Enchanting being added.
- Bows make useful weapons for killing mobs at a distance without much danger.
- This is especially useful for killing mobs that fire projectiles such as Skeletons, Ghasts, and Blazes.
- The Player can use a Bow in Creative Mode without consuming any Arrows.
- When The Player misses a target using an Infinity enchanted Bow, he/she cannot pick it back up.
- Bows can be used to activate Wooden Buttons or Wooden Pressure Plates, and Fire Arrows can be used to trigger TNT from a distance.
- If the player shoots an Arrow through Lava, it will become a Fire Arrow.
- An Arrow will have trail particles when it is shot at the maximum level.
- Enchanted Bows can be obtained through fishing as a treasure item.
